Youth Athletic Performance




We offer programs for all ages from 8-18 years old. Training groups are separated by age and/or ability level. We train kids from a variety of sporting backgrounds including hockey, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and more.
If your child isn’t part of a sports team, no problem! They are more than welcome to join an age and fitness level appropriate session.
If your teen would like to join our Hybrid Fitness classes, they will have to start with an initial consultation with one of our coaches.
We have two different types of Youth Athletic Performance classes: Optimal Performance & Jump Training.
Kids will have the ability to participate in both. Optimal Performance encompasses all aspects of sport including speed, agility, power, and endurance.
Jump Training will focus on agility and power with access to our Output Sports Analytics tool that will track and measure progress in jumps and reactivity over time.
Any new participants will begin by completing a basic movement screening process to help place them in the appropriate class setting. Contact us for more details!
