Adult Hybrid Training




We believe in training for a purpose. Whether that is introducing fitness to your lifestyle or training for a specific event like HYROX, we will meet you at your current fitness level to coach and teach you how to become the best version of yourself.
What is Hybrid? It is a combination of strength and conditioning designed in a way for you to achieve your highest fitness level.
We train all levels: From ultra beginners taking their first step into a gym to Olympic athletes. We take pride in our coaching ability to challenge you at any fitness level. All you need is trust in us and a belief in yourself.
Each day of the week (Monday-Saturday) is designed as a well rounded training program specifically for you. Our group classes have a personalized feel because all workouts can be modified to any fitness level, and our coaches know each member’s goals and modification needs.
Weeks are designed so that you can attend every day of the week if it fits your schedule. Each day has a different focus, whether it be endurance training, strength training, or interval training.
Expect a combination of running (or run/walking), Concept2 machine work (rowing machines, bikes, and ski ergs), and strength training using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight.
Each new member will begin with a 30 minute consultation for our coaches to get to know you and your goals. Depending on your current ability level, we will suggest how many days per week you attend class. This is where we will also discuss any previous injuries or limitations that coaches will be made aware of before your first session with us.
Our primary goal is for you to feel ultra comfortable on your first day. We understand that starting something new can be intimidating and you may have a lot of questions, and it is our job to help you feel ready, motivated, and excited. We can’t wait to meet you!
